Hillary has had two primaries and two general election campaigns in New York. Never once did any of her Dmeocratic or Republican opponents bring up rape allegations against Bill Clinton.

Oral arguments are over and it looks like people will have a guaranteed right to own a gun but what kinds of guns are up in the air.

She will not be Senate Majority leader. I am not a fan of people posting things that they do not really support. DailyKos endorsing Hillary for Senate leader? So she can bring to the Senate floor war resolutions and anti-Iran resolutions.

According to the New York Times click hereThe Supreme Court may decide tomorrow to take the case about whether or not DC's handgun ban violates the second Amendment. The second Amendment states "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." What the DC court said was that the "militia" was just one of many possible reason why all people are given the right to bear arms.

In the appeals court’s view, the clause simply highlighted one of the amendment’s "civic purposes."

I have not seen an entry for this since the 12th. Was Niki Tsongas not the netroots candidate? I don't remember the primary. Journalists are just foaming at the mouth about how their narrative might be upended by liberal Massachusetts sending a Republican, and a conservative Republican, to the House.
